It’s a bit of miserable Monday morning, warm yet drizzly, yuk!.

I have just about got through my barrage of emails this morning and we have started to pack today’s orders.

We have had some lovely comments about the new line of dresses we have started to sell on line (emporium gifts) and with this in mind I thought I would remind everyone of our lovely wrist corsages, £15.00 and available in black, red, ivory, dark cream, lilac and pink. Ideal for proms, weddings or special occasions.

The corsage is made from a silk flower on matching satin ribbon which is tied several times round your wrist in a bow. It comes beautifully packed in it’s own little gift box with Lello tag.

I have worn the black one myself on a number of occasions and received some lovely comments from people whom I’ve never met before as its made a nice substitute for wearing one of our Lello bracelets. (Karen)

Dark Cream Flower Corsage

I am ‘so’ not dressed for today’s weather in white linen trousers, what was I thinking!  But at least I have my rain coat.

Great to see how many people we had online yesterday browsing through our new website, so far so good no glitches.

Log on every week as our blog is updated daily and we have lots of new things coming to the site as well as our new stock.

We have a Prom feature next week! For all those of you who have a prom to go to or a daughter attending one, we have some beautiful wrist corsages in our ‘Accessories’ online and we will giving one 14 year old a mini make over in preparation for her up and coming prom.

Meanwhile today, we are working on some new designs which will be loaded under a new ‘novelty’ tag on the website, showing bracelets specific to rugby and football teams for all you female followers out there!  I attended the recent Tigers game at Twickenham wearing my red & green bracelet and received so many comments I think I should have set up a stall selling them!

What are we wearing here today?

I am wearing my ‘sweetheart’ earrings £5.00, these go with anything, together with our navy blue glass classic bracelet £8.50, great with jeans and anything nautical. I am also wearing our ceramic blue and white bracelet with butterfly attachment £8.00, this also comes with a matching necklace which is £16.00. Great for those of you who like something a little different.

I am in the office this morning and waiting for the call from my colleague Karen at the Spring Fair as I am due to be there with her today. But the show has quietened down from the rush of customers we had on the Sun and Mon so my services may not be needed.

Shame as I am sat here in my pink sweatshirt and matching converse (with my badge round my neck) wishing I had dressed a little warmer had I known I wasn’t needed today. Oh well! I might still be dashing up there in the next hour or so to help her.

I thought I’d upload the picture below, not a great one I realise but it’s of me on a night out last week wearing one of our lovely new wrist corsages! I wore a plain black dress and a red wrist corsage with our matching red pearl earrings (£5.00). It made a nice change from wearing jewellery and I had some lovely comments about it not only from my friends but from other women I met in the toilets! I thought it would a good trial run!

Our new corsages for proms/weddings and any sort of celebration come in 6 colours, red, black, lilac, ivory, beige and pink (£15.99). They all have a large rose on the top with little metal Lello tag and tie with a ribbon round your wrist, packaged in a lovely ribbon tied box.

I loved wearing it and will definitely wear one of the other colours when I next go out. I did my best to get the corsage in the photo (I am on the end on the right) but you can only just see it amidst all the wine glasses! The corsages will go on our website in the next week or two and joining them will be some lovely new handbags and scarves all to match our jewellery ranges.

Sorry to disappoint you today but it is all hands to the pump to prepare for our Spring Fair at the NEC in Birmingham which sets up today and starts on Sunday. We are screwing legs to tables, mounting handmade cards and loading our van aiming to be away for the NEC at around 11am. I am the van driver! so it should be fun.

But I do have something to show you which could be classed as a fashion find of the week!

Our lovely new wrist corsages for proms, weddings, parties etc. In fact I am going to wear one to night when I go out for dinner just to see what all my friends think. They are lovely and I do anticipate women just wearing them to ‘spruce’ up an outfit and not necessarily for a special occasion.

They will be available in Red, Black, Beige, Ivory, Pink, Lilac and tie round your wrist with a cordinating ribbon and little Lello metal tag. Each corsage comes beautifully boxed.

The corsages will retail for £15.99 and they will be available 1st week of March.

This pretty crown design can hang from a jumper/dress, jacket or handbag to make the most gorgeous accessory. The self locking pin is attached at the top of the brooch so it hangs like a medal. This particular corsage/brooch is £6.99. There are tow further styles priced at £3.99 and £4.99.
