It’s the last day of term for our children tomorrow and that’s when it gets really interesting here in the office each day. Although we have someone to look after them it will be a challenging 6 weeks of not to shout when they are in the office, not to try all the jewellery on and parade around in it and not to ‘fight’ in reception! We have everyday day planned and scheduled on an ‘enlarged’ calender on the wall so everyone knows what’s happening.
I am sure it won’t be any different to last summer, lets just hope there is more sun so they can go to the park and get out more.

We are busy here with orders today and Fiona is designing our new ‘newsletter’ we are going to start sending out to all our retail customers to keep them informed.

First I’ve got to say that the lady in our July Make-Over is my mum and I think she looks terrific! I hope you agree.

Wendy, my mum really enjoyed her day of pampering and trying on clothes. Both Fiona and I thought she looked great, looks much younger than her, dare I say ’70+’ years (I’ll get into trouble for divulging that).

Her hair looked lovely and it was amazing what a little bit of make up did and different look with her clothes. We keep telling her that as she gets older she must wear brighter colours, so maybe this will encourage her!

Fiona is all in gold today and to compliment her outfit she is wearing our matching set of ‘Treasure’ and ‘Trinket‘ pretty delicate necklace and matching bracelet with gold coloured beads and crystals with little gold bow and peacock attachment.

I am talking about the weather! Although a chilly start I have decided to plan my week ahead as it’s half term here and at least take Friday afternoon off, fingers crossed I get an hour in the sun.

I am counting down the days now till our jewellery arrives here in the UK and we can launch our new website which has all the new designs on it. It will be like a breath of fresh air!

Thought I’d show you the jewellery I am wearing today, matching necklace and bracelet set, Marcey £17.00 and Maya £7.00. Made from brown wooden effect & wooden beads with slight leopard print to them and large wooden heart on the bracelet.

For people who like ‘statement’ pieces’. Not at all heavy to wear.

Something New! we are planning on a ‘make over of the month’ and this month it’s going to be me!

I am not all that enthused that my sister and business partner thinks I need a make over but hey I am not going to say no. I have a party to go to this month so the plan is to find me an outfit, shoes etc. (which are much needed) somewhat out of my comfort zone plus hair and make up.
