Today I am wearing our new ‘Lock’, key bracelet which will be ‘new in’ for Autumn Winter in a few weeks time. Made in a dark grey metal it comes with a short matching necklace, earrings and long necklace all with key embellishments.

It’s blowing a gale outside! A ‘For Sale’ sign on a house opposite has just blown off and our industrial size bin outside has just been blown into the front wall with a bang, what next?

What are we up to? finishing off a few jewellery designs, scanning, photographing and coding them. Paper work paper work and more paperwork & costings to sort out this afternoon.

I can’t quite get my head round the fact that now both my children are at school full time I don’t need to nip out mid day on a school run. Though I am sure I will automatically keep looking at my watch thinking I have forgotten something or someone!

Apologies to anyone who logged on yesterday to our ‘what are we wearing at Lello today’. I ran out of time before I had to catch my train to London and didn’t get a chance to update the blog.
My London meeting went well and I must say I rather enjoyed the peace and quiet of the train! mostly office bound it’s lovely to get out and about to meet our customers.

Today I am wearing our Kiera bracelet made from grey glass faceted beads. I love it! also comes in a smokey pink colourway, Keeley. £8.00. New for Autumn Winter we are lunching matching short necklaces to both bracelets which are Divine! Aptly named Anna and Wintour, after Anna Wintour the Vogue editor who is renowned for her iconic semi precious short glittery necklaces.

Yes today is a day for making samples, cards and jewellery. Fiona is busy designing jewellery, though her desk is so covered in beads we didn’t think it would make for the best of pictures to go on our blog! I am putting together samples for a meeting I have tomorrow and for subsequent meetings to come.

It is a very quiet and calm Lello morning while everyone gets on with the job in hand.

The new jewellery brochure is well underway and I am sure many of customers are keeping themselves busy at the Autumn Fair this week at the NEC. Lello is not exhibiting this year but we will be at the SFB, the Spring Fair Birmingham in February all set for 2012.

What a fabulous day it is today with the sun streaming through the window here at Lello, lets hope it stays for the weekend?
Fiona is sat tapping away at her Mac working on new jewellery designs. I am packing up samples for a meeting I have in London next Tuesday. I am very much looking forward to it as it is a potential new customer I have been after for the majority of the year! fingers crossed!

As we are working on our new jewellery brochure aswell over the next 2 weeks, I thought I’d highlight what I think will be another best seller this year, our Kingdom corsage. In stock now and a firm favourite at Christmas time, we have decided to run it for 1 more year.
It is a lovely sparkly brooch which hangs like a medal, £7.99.

The first day of term usually turns out to be a lovely day and today is no exception. It was the first day for my little one who is nearly five, so it has already been a fun packed morning!

Here at Lello we have several visitors popping in to see us this morning. We are working on the new brochure, artworking some new cards and planning Spring Summer jewellery. I am also booking up some jewellery sales to be held here in Leicestershire, the first being at The Swan Pub in Kibworth in 2/3 weeks, date to be confirmed, more news about this on Monday.
