It is a really busy morning here at Lello, we are rushing around doing all sorts of things, not the usual for a Friday. I have emails coming in and going out communicating, it seems to be the day for answering questions and signing forms. Talking to printers and discussing poly bags and labels for new ranges, better get on! Roll on the weekend, Karen

Our office window is wide open and I think we are in for a nice day.
We are getting more and more enquiries from potential new customers after our huge mailing we started sending out a few weeks ago, still more to post. More and more trade customers are registering on line and our 25% jewellery sale is taking off!.
I have a number of projects I am continuing to work on today concerning our jewellery and Fiona is designing Valentines cards this week.

Far too many to choose from!

What are we up to at Lello today?, designing cards, working on costs, taking orders and the list goes on…..

Today I am wearing our Green miracle bead necklace and red miracle bead bracelet. You will note that we have a 25% sale on which lasts until the end of August, so grab yourself some real bargains while stocks last! For retailers it is a great oppotunity to buy in some stock and either pass the discount on to their customers with a few special offers/sale of their own or make some ‘extra’ margin!
Our miracle bead jewellery has been a staple part of our range for a number of years and I can see it will be for years to come.

My note book this morning has far too many lists in it! But I am gradually working my way through everything. Orders are going out and our new 25% sale across all jewellery lines has been emailed to all our trade customers, Lello and Little Lello jewellery.

Our Sale which does not include cards nor albums will take effect today and run until the end of August. ‘While Stocks Last’. Fiona is busy designing cards and I am working on euro and dollar conversion rates, stock, the new Lello brochure and samples which need sending here there and everywhere.

Fiona and I have our heads stuck in costs this morning and this afternoon will be spent revising a few of the new cards and finishing all the jewellery costs.

Today I am wearing my ‘current’ favourite Lello bracelet, called ‘Haze’. Made from off white acrylic flower shapes with a cream centre thread on elastic with acrylic Lello tag. Great for summer and very light and pretty to wear, I love it. £7.14.  Also available in pink or grey.

Packing up Christmas card samples today to send out to all our agents over the next few days. Although many shops order well in advance our cards are quite specific, ‘To My Wife’, ‘To My Boyfriend’ and we find that our retailers tend to order these captions quite late in the year. I have taken a picture of a few of them, as seen below.
I have also taken a picture this morning of the bracelet I am wearing ‘Antique’ this is from the first ever range we produced about 4 & 1/2 years ago and I am still wearing it! Made from 3 strands of silver coloured and clear acrylic beads it is very pretty and goes with anything. Still available on our website, £5.11.

Today Fiona is wearing our blue and white ‘Willow’ set made from ceramic beads with ceramic butterfly attachment. This necklace is now made in a shorter style which sits in the neckline.

Pretty much like most Monday mornings here at Lello, lots of emails to work my way through, costing jewellery and Fiona busy card designing. An ongoing mail shot we have been sending out for the past few weeks is starting to prove fruitfull with lots of enquiries, new trade registrations online and resulting in the first order this morning. It is part of quite a large mailer we are sending out to prospective customers to spread the ‘Lello word’.
