Weekends are over too soon! But it was good one!
It has gone 1pm today and I have been so busy this is my first chance to start on today’s blog. A little behind time but our Easter cards for this year are simply gorgeous! they should be online and available to retailers in a week or so followed quickly by our Father’s day cards.
For the first time ever we will also be launching a small range of Halloween cards alongside our Christmas card designs towards the end of Spring.

MY AIM FOR TODAY: seem to be achieving it so far, it was a huge ‘to do’ list!

As I mentioned last week, I discovered lots of brown in the local Thurmaston ‘Outfit’ store so until more new stock comes in I will do my best to show you the odd garment I have seen.
I chose this one because it was ‘blue’ and stood out ‘colourwise’ and because it was a pretty fine knit and would suit a lot of people.
By Warehouse, £34.00, royal blue ‘swing’ style, fine knit v front jumper with front pockets. Great for a ‘loungy’ day.

As I stood at the school bus stop this morning I was surprised to see a few tiny snow flakes drifing down from the sky. (having not watched last nights news, it was new to me), brrrr chilly.
Then coming into work and ‘no heating’! oh my goodness what is it with buildings we rent and problems with the heating. Thankfully things are a bit cosier now.

We have just finished the last of our new card ranges called ‘Heirloom’ so we will be quick to get our stock in and out to our agents as believe it or not I already have orders for them just from sending customers scans of the designs.
That’s never happened before.

We have lots of print to go and collect this morning and a great deal of paperwork to get through this afternoon, so not the most exciting of days.

MY AIM FOR TODAY: Not to cough as much and get lots of orders out the door!

*MY AIM FOR TODAY: To find more export Buisness and some new sales agents in the UK.* Our new card designs are selling so well I need to capitalise on this and tell as many people as I can about it.

Today I am wearing our pretty dusky pink, glass pearl cluster ‘Carnation’ bracelet, £9.99. Lovely for spring or any time of the year. This would make a great ‘Mother’s Day present’!.

We have more new cards online now to see though still a few more to come! We also have some new album designs which will be uploaded in the next week. I am hoping by Mid Feb we will be there and all our Spring Summer card and albums designs will be online for both Trade and Public to order from.

I felt sourrounded by ‘tan’ and brown with some nautical stripes thrown in when I went into ‘Outfit’ ‘Thurmaston Leicester to find my ‘fashion find of the week’, so much brown everywhere. Slowly the stock seems to be coming in though much is still in SALE.
Rather than opt for anything too skimpy or dazzely at this time of year, I have chosen this pretty satin effect blouse, with short sleeves and longer at the back than it is at the front. With coordinating slouchy brown knit cardi.
Both by Miss Selfridge, The blouse is £32 and the cardi is £35.

Why have I chosen to wear shorts to work today? I have tights on but what a mistake! my little legs will freeze. Not planning to move from my desk until it’s time to get the kids from school.

I have just shut my eyes and clicked on the upload button to see if Tuesday’s image will upload today and low and behold it has. So here is the image I couldn’t get to work on Tuesday of me wearing our Adele bracelet, £9.99, chunky but light weight. I love this bracelet it goes with anything and makes a real statement.

For the past hour and a half I have been madly packing cards. Our new -re-invention of our gretting card offer to trade has taken off and like anything, it’s all or nothing! so it’s many hands to the pump to get the last of the Valentines orders made up and sent out to our retail customers. Meanwhile we have the same happening with our everyday cards, I think I will be taking a huge box home tonight to finish some off as there do not seem to be enough hours in the day. However once we get back into our stride and get some stock on the shelves it should all become a little easier. But I can’t complain.

Whilst packing cards I was thinking about what I’d base my quotes on today. So I have chosen, ‘managing ones time’.
